At Freshnflavours, we value your trust and strive to deliver only authentic, fresh, and high-quality puja essentials. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    ✔️ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    ✔️ You inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of puja essentials and consumables (like samagri, flowers, food items, etc.), we do not accept returns for opened/used products for hygiene and sanctity reasons.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, you can choose:
    ✔️ Full Refund – processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    ❌ Orders cancelled after dispatch.
    ❌ Delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
    ❌ Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are borne by the customer, except for cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after inspection of the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
